This is my second time at TheraCORE for different issues. I want to thank Zach who has really helped with my back issues and has given me instructions and options to maintain and improve on my own. I recommend working with Amy and the staff at their Westmont location.
Zach and Kyle are extremely kind and show genuine care in your injury and progress as you go through the healing process for whatever injury you come to them with. They take the time to listen and evaluate. They explain everything so you are able to understand what they are doing. The exercises they give are very functional and useful for implementing into your exercise program so you are able to mend your injury and prevent future ones from happening.
