I found this facility through a Google search and called to inquire about physical therapy for a complex post-surgical injury. My experience with the intake process was incredibly unprofessional. I spent several minutes explaining my name and the specific situation I am navigating. The representative stayed on the line and allowed me to finish my entire explanation without interrupting me once. Jen & staff are amazing. They care deeply about your physical health & strive to provide the best possible care they can give. Everyone is professional yet, the make you feel very comfortable, like you're a friend. They are the best PT clinic in the area. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I've been to different therapy facilities and had different PTs but Theracore is by far the best. Physical therapist Jacob is the greatest! He knows how to push you without it seeming like you're being pushed. And he is so encouraging, it makes you want to do a good job. And Rachel at the front desk is always so helpful whenever I call and bug her! I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. I definitely recommend them.
Don’t like going to physical therapy, but the people that work at the Lockport TheraCORE are very friendly and really know what they are doing. They made the time enjoyable which isn’t easy with me.
