I’ve had physical therapy a few times throughout the years for multiple things. This year, more than usual. The office staff is fast, thoughtful and efficient. Appointments are on time and they work with you when cancelling or rescheduling without a problem. Sash, the physical therapist is the best! Throughout your therapy he ensures you’re comfortable and continually gives the best care! I started going to TheraCare in late 2017 for vertigo. I was so happy that when I injured my arm, then my knee I came back when the doctor prescribed PT. After a total of 65 visits in the last 2 years, I'm still very pleased. Over the years I've been to a few places for PT & this is by far the best I've ever encountered. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, the facility is always clean, & they always respect your input. I can tell you now, most of the places I've been to have not met the same criteria AT ALL.
