Hello, I just wanted to share with this company that one of your physicians come out to a patients home and receives a call from whomever asking them repeatedly if they're okay while in the patients home. That would make the patient feel as if their time is not valuable. I can provide the name of who came out..maybe they mentioned something about where we live and thought it was beneath them, maybe they thought we were or are beneath them? There is an excellent home health company with highly qualified therapists and nurses. They are compassionate and attentive to the needs of patients and their families. They are well prepared to handle a variety of complex cases. Janelle, is especially attentive and responsive at establishing that initial contact with patients or families at bedside and giving them the sense of confidence that their loved one will be well cared for once they return home.
