I had visited many massage therapists over the last decade up until last year when I was introduced to Sergio. He is the BEST. I am constantly amazed at his knowledge of the body and what it does and what causes which pains and how to alleviate those pains. He explains what he is doing and why he is doing it and I ALWAYS leave his office feeling much better. I highly recommend him to everyone.
I visited Sergio for a sports massage regarding a low back strain which was causing me a great deal of pain and stiffness. Sergio was attentive, professional and particularly knowledgeable and not only did a great deal of wonderful work loosening me up, but demonstrated a number of very effective stretching techniques that I have been using this past week, yielding excellent results. Had scar tissue build-up on my right pectoral muscle and through various sessions with Sergio I'm now able to have full motion of my arm. Great at working with your avalability. HIghly recommend Sergio to anyone with muscle pain.
I have gone to Sergio at Thera-Zen for serveral years and I can highly recommend him. He knows what causes pains and problems and where the source for those troubles are on your body and he can work them out. It is very therapeutic and I never leave without feeling much better.
