Bought a smaller portable unit from that I am able to use in any room of our aparment. So far been feeling lots of post session relaxation and reduced inflammation especially after workouts!
Perfect for athletes and overall if you care about your health. Feel great after every session, and they have the best prices hands down in the area.
Great facility! Love that they have the whole works - gym, cold plunge, red light therapy, sauna, compression. Would recommend!
First time trying the cold plunge, and omg, it was amazing! Definitely recommend. Thank you to Ian for helping me through those 2.5 minutes... Red light therapy to finish off the whole experience was great. Great for body recovery!!! Going back for more
