I just did a red light therapy session at AMP Sports Med and honestly had a really great experience. The place is super clean, professional, and has some really cool recovery/wellness options. Big shoutout to Riza at the front desk — she was awesome. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to actually explain how the red light therapy works and what the different treatments are without making it feel pushy at all.
