Great facility! Love that they have the whole works - gym, cold plunge, red light therapy, sauna, compression. Would recommend!
First time trying the cold plunge, and omg, it was amazing! Definitely recommend. Thank you to Ian for helping me through those 2.5 minutes... Red light therapy to finish off the whole experience was great. Great for body recovery!!! Going back for more

Highly recommended! Ian took care of us from the moment we reached out to schedule to personally greeting us and walking us through the process. He provided us with a thorough review of the equipment and took the time to answer our questions. My husband and I both did the red light and sauna therapy. We finished feeling amazing. I haven’t felt this level of relaxation and recovery with any other treatments. I was able to go back to pilates the next day with a new level of energy. I am looking forward to my next sessions.
