Tried Thera-RED for the first time and used it as a pre-workout boost which was a game changer. I felt super energized and refreshed going into my workout. It gave me this calm-but-ready feeling, like my body was already warmed up and prepped. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a natural way to level up your workout routine!

Ian and the team at Thera-Red are super Rad! Upon meeting Ian he showed me how the equipment works and sent me follow up videos. Members get 24 hour access to the facility. Regarding the equipment - top of the line & absolute quality. I felt a difference after the first session. More so in the following days/weeks, I felt more clear headed and in a better mood.
