We have been working with Thera-Peds for about 10 months, and the progress my daughter has made is nothing short of amazing. In this time, her confidence, motor skills, speech, and social abilities have all improved tremendously. I absolutely do not recommend Melissa. Terrible experience. She tells me one thing in person and then documents something very different in a summary report about my son. I think part of the problem is her report was written 3 weeks after the visit rather than contemporaneously. When I share my frustration she then takes things personal and denies the information she shared with me originally. I would suggest hiring more professional therapists rather than wasting people’s time and money.
Can’t say enough awesome things about Thera-Peds, from the reception staff to the therapist, everyone was wonderful to work with! Sam is everything you would ever want in a Pediatric PT, she is the holy grail! She is such a patient, caring and knowledgeable PT. We’re so grateful to have worked with her. My son went there for 2 years. First year was great and made alot of progress. The second year was different, ultiple cancelations on their end, the owner was rude to not only myself but my mother in-law and we pulled him out after 5 weeks.
