Speech therapists are wonderful however the office staff and owner could use some lessons in manners. For being a business that deals with insurance constantly, they should be aware of the time frame some insurances take to post payments. For example, when we were going here, my child was attending speech twice a week. We stared getting harassed about "missed payments" literally after 1 week of service and told we wouldn't be able to schedule any more appointments until those were paid. Great staff, great therapy! My son has been going for speech therapy and Tabitha is phenomenal! Everyone here is very kind, friendly and helpful!
My son has been seeing Alex for OT for the last several months. She is incredible with him! He's making progress and looks forward to seeing Alex every visit. She also updates me on his progress and gives me ideas of things I can do at home to help support him. Thank you, Alex!
