Great product and Customer Service
Bought a lawnmower 2 weeks ago. Unpacked it and the wheels where scuffed and the petrol tank smelt of petrol ? Set it up and disposed of packaging. Used it a few days later and after half hour realised the self propelled was not working. Called customer service and was told to send it back I needed to box it up even though I had the very large box away. I was then advised to go and ask the supermarket if they had spare boxes for me. I'm now awaiting the courier to collect and been told I will get a replacement. Not ideal
Do not buy if there is a chance you may return the item. Although you have a statitury right to return without give a reason. Customer care service dept. In Warrington is 100% unhelpful. I will discourage all not to use . A lawnmower that did not suck up the grass, a chain saw with misleading weight.
Good price Grate customer service
Had a major problem with a piece of equipment (engine decided to expose its inners) which caused me to not be able to continue witth my work. I went to the place I bought the equipment from with anxiety of just needing to get back to work. There Charlie (@ Warrington Branch) gave me the best customer service I have ever had. He made it a seamless process and I was back grafting an hour after my initial contact with him.
