I’ll explain my excellent experience with The Pool Guy Katy: 1) I paid for a pool to swim in not maintain. A pool is nothing but a giant aquarium that can quickly become unbalanced (cloudy water, algae blooms) if not maintained weekly which can result in multiple $100+ trips to the pool store. We’ve been using Julio and Claudia’s service for the past year and have been impressed with their professionalism and attention. Not only have they provided maintenance for our pool they have also assisted us with upgrades and repairs when needed and been timely and prompt.
