A good old fashioned, high quality and honest service! Finally a mechanic I feel I can trust. Theo was incredibly transparent, thorough and had a focus on attention to detail. Glad to have found a reliable mechanic in Newcastle.
I’ve been going to Theo’s for 10+ years and have always found all staff and services very reliable and fair. My family and in-law’s family go to him now too!
YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER PLACE TOO TAKE YOUR CAR!!!! Theos the best!!!
My boyfriend and I have been getting our car serviced here since we moved, unless they are booked out (which is often and for good reason). I was amazed by how thorough they were, all details and follow up were well explained when we picked it up, offered free roadside assistance with a service, very reasonably priced especially for our older car and even shined our tyres. I have never experienced such great customer service and trust with a mechanic! Cannot recommend enough :)
Such a great mechanic, the best I have ever used. Previously, I would take my car back to the dealers for warranty services, however Theo’s is now my go to. Highly recommended!!
