This place is WOW!
When I bought my used ML320 from a friend he recommended Theo... Theo guys guys never met leadtime commitments on repairs and every single of their repairs: Radiator, Idling pulley failed within a couple years for a car that was driven less than 10k per year. Everytime I went on site they strongly insisted on brake pads replacements... I finally did it myself. Pads were like new! Car never had troubles anymore after I started to work on it myself. Theo’s has always gone above and beyond to help me out in emergency situations. They have answered all my questions and called me before they did anything to my car to confirm and make sure the pricing was okay. It is very hard to find a mechanic you can trust but it’s easy with Theo’s. I truly never worry that my car or myself will get nothing but the best treatment possible and in a timely manor. I could go on and on but to make it short and sweet, I will always choose Theo’s for my auto maintenance needs.
Theo’s is amazing. Efficient service, extremely personable and knowledgeable staff, and a great atmosphere. They knew my name, asked me about personal details I shared previously that I wouldn’t have expected them to have remembered, and worked around my schedule to get my vehicle back to me earlier than expected. 10/10 will be recommending.
