First time in the Berkshires! I've heard about how this place in particular was significantly less expensive and better in quality than most dispos between ct and mass and I was pleasantly surprised. I caught a sale on carts and two joints that were dirt cheap. I don't use my real name, so when I placed my order, it was my initials. They needed a full name so I got a phone call to get it. Upon arrival it was easy in and out, no lines to wait. Well worth the ride.
EDIT: even their response is canned. I already contacted that email address. Original review: You get what you pay for--in this case, cheap products and minimal customer service. Bought a Theory CCell pen and it rendered two 510 cartridges inoperable by removing the bottom pin, and Theory's customer support (after asking for ample documentation of my purchase) simply told me that they were only made for Theory cartridges (a highly dubious notion, but in either case something that the product description certainly never decla... read more
I love Theory Wellness! The variety of strains is amazing and the prices cannot be beat!! They have their own line of tapes and flower so prices are very very reasonable for some quality product!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They give me a Veterans discount as well! I love this place! I can't wait for Massachusetts to allow NY amounts!!
