The space is lovely and the staff is welcoming. I have had facials and waxing by Kandace, and always feel wonderful at the end of my visits. Would highly recommend.

I recently saw Heather for a facial. I was in heaven! Her technique and flow throughout the facial were calming and completely relaxing. I felt informed throughout the service, and we were able to talk about the products she used after. I will definitely be seeing her again!

I had my first ever professional facial today, and Kandace made it such an amazing experience! She’s so knowledgeable and did a great job educating me on how products, diet, hormones etc affect the skin without making me feel bad about my current routine. The whole process was so relaxing, I can’t wait to try out her recommendations and I will definitely be back! Highly recommended Kandace

Kandace is a queen and has helped completely transform my skin! I’ve been working with her for many years. initially I came in for waxing only and in the last 2 years I’ve been seeing Kandace for facials and micro-needling, and have been using skincare regimen curated by her. My skin is constantly glowing and the best it’s ever been. I’ve also seen Melissa for my eyebrows when Kandace is out of town. I highly recommend Kandace and the team at Theory for all of your skincare and waxing needs!!

This place gave me bacterial infection after a Brazilian wax. Developed acute symptoms right after my visit there and had to go to urgent care for treatment. Don't go! This place is horrible.
