I had a very good experience on my first vist - today! - at Theory. Easy check-in, really great music playing, comfortable waiting room. I was seen about 10 minutes after my scheduled time which was within my "politeness range" :D The service itself by Lily was awesome. She was always attentive to my comfort and she did the treatment (male ear wax) with real attention to detail. I just found myself a new waxing salon! Thanks to Lily and the team there.

I had my brows shaped and stained for the first time, and Lily did an amazing job. As someone with sparse brows, I was initially nervous, but her thoughtful approach made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I feel she achieved exactly what I was looking for (natural-looking brows that suit my facial features) and I've received so many compliments from friends and colleagues since! I was a regular here, until recently I got my Brazilian wax done by Kandace, and she literally left a whole patch of long hairs. Will try to find some other places. I just felt like a few of the aestheticians are very eager to get you out and don't really pay attention to what they might be missing. For the amount you pay, you expect to be completely hairless, and I was disappointed in the service Will have to find a new place in my neighborhood.

Theory Skin & Wax has been my trusted esthetician for 5+ years now. Melissa is my go to for all things waxing and skin advice but she also curates a wonderful staff who I trust when I need to fit in an appointment. Truly a gem of a business to have in the neighborhood!
