I had my brows shaped and stained for the first time, and Lily did an amazing job. As someone with sparse brows, I was initially nervous, but her thoughtful approach made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I was a regular here, until recently I got my Brazilian wax done by Kandace, and she literally left a whole patch of long hairs. Will try to find some other places. I just felt like a few of the aestheticians are very eager to get you out and don't really pay attention to what they might be missing. For the amount you pay, you expect to be completely hairless, and I was disappointed in the service Will have to find a new place in my neighborhood.

Amazing and relaxing experience! I had a facial with a chemical peel, and Lily was the best. She really knows what she’s talking about and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The treatment was very relaxing, and the products she recommended have helped my skin so much. My skin looks smoother and brighter already. Highly recommend this spa and Lily. I will definitely be booking again.
