I’ve been going to Dawn at Theory for several years and she’s the best! She always knows how to achieve the color and look I’m going for. Everyone at the salon is very friendly and it has a nice atmosphere/vibe to it. Highly recommend!
Absolutely Horrible Experience — Do Not Trust This Salon I had an absolutely awful experience at this salon. My hair was completely fried due to what I believe was unprofessional and careless treatment. The stylist clearly didn’t know what she was doing or didn’t care — either way, the damage to my hair was serious and heartbreaking. On top of that, the bathroom was filthy and had visible roaches. I’m new to Orlando and Dawn truly made me feel taken care of. She listened to exactly what I wanted and my hair turned out so beautiful. I’m honestly so grateful 🥹 it’s the prettiest my hair has ever looked! Added a before and after pic
Julie was awesome!!! Highly recommend her, she is super kind and caring! Definitely was a little bit pricey but worth it.
