I spent $2000 on two pairs of glasses six months ago and they were the worst glasses I've ever owned. One pair the frames fell apart and are held together with super glue. The other pair has always been wonky, but randomly today, without any stress event, fell apart. Thankfully I've bought new glasses elsewhere, neither pair is now wearable.
Great experience. I had an appointment with Dr Yee Tang. He is very much knowledgeable and helpful with a outstanding bedside manner

I had my first eye exam and the optometrist was very nice and detailed. Emma at the front was also very helpful. Great customer service overall.
