Thank you for my beautiful amber ring. The customer service was amazing. The young man took my request on Friday and worked incredibly hard to complete my ring for my return. I am so happy with it. Thank you very much. I shall definitely be returning next time I am on the island.
I was shocked by the appalling customer service I received this morning, only to read the previous review where it seems I'm not the only one. The lady in Theodosia was rude, walked away mid-conversation and proceeded to stand with her back to me. Like the previous reviewer, I have shopped at Theodosia many times but I will not be returning.
Been shopping here for years and on birthdays always ask for a new bangle or some thing from here. Took my best friend in today which I’ve been so excited about to discuss wedding rings and perhaps what they could do to help and the women was completely unhelpful, disinterested and fobbed us off. So unbelievably rude, safe to say I won’t be returning here or recommending!! Do better
