I have a problem from four plus years ago and just got a silly answer and the problem never was solved. Now I have new problems with the old problem and I have contacted him through MyChart and he refuses to have any test done. This tells me that he doesn't care about his patient health and doesn't want to take the time to find out what is wrong with the patient. I am fed up with urologists that blows me off and doesn't care about my health problems.
Dr Wagner and his team were very unprofessional after my husband had a complication after his vasectomy. My husband tried to get ahold of Dr. Wagner 5 times after his procedure with no response (even though his nurses kept saying we would hear back within 48 hours because this was their policy). After 48 hours still nothing from Dr. Wagner. Instead my husband had to spend 5 hours at the ER with about a $900 charge after insurance. Excellent care Dr. Wagner is one of a kind. We appreciate him and his staff.
Dr Wagner is fantastic, he is my favorite Dr. He always answers my questions. I am always asking questions and he always has the answer and doesn't seem to mind. He is simply my favorite. I recommend him to EVERYONE.
Dr. Wagner is an amazing urologist, however, I find his nursing staff to be disappointing. If his nurse that deals with prior approvals for medications goes on vacation there is no one to fill in. I've called and left messages with phone nurses and not gotten a return call and when I was finally able to reach a phone nurse I was given incorrect information which tells me little effort is made to review notes on patient accounts.
