A very professional and friendly atmosphere
We were recently working with a breeder in the area of the Veterinary Hospital. We had purchased a puppy. The breeder refused to share the father’s health records with us. They did however agree to have an updated report completed by the Veterinary Hospital. When we received a copy of the report, the dogs breed was listed incorrectly in two places. There are no words to describe the care, professionalism, compassion and patience both we and our beloved dog were shown here. She had a complex surgery and a complicated recovery; we received a thorough explanation for every question we asked, as well as answers to the questions we didn’t even think to ask. As a human patient, I’ve never had a physician with a better bedside manner than the vets here. So grateful for them!
I have not been able to find anyone to cut my babies nails down with a Dremel. This is the first time my "Samson"(Dogo Argentino/Choc. Lab) and "Zoey"(Rotweiller) went there to get a bath and Zoey's nails done. Rebecca did a awesome job and now they are just about where they should be in just one trip!!!! I am soooo happy and can stop stressing about her nails now!!! Thank you, Rebecca, for helping me and my babies will return to her for sure!!!
