Teddy Seeds is one of the go-to therapists in the South Bay (Manhattan Beach). Not only is he very knowledgeable and approachable, but you feel great whenever you meet him. No issue is too strong and deep for him, as the journey to better mental health is his forte. His office is quaint, comfortable, and very easy to relax in. Teddy is highly recommended for sons, daughters, marriage, substance abuse, executive coaching, etc. He is as well-rounded a gentleman as they come.

I’ve referred Teddy to a number of my friends for couples therapy and they’ve raved about their experience. Teddy has a gift for quickly working to create lasting change in the context of a relationship. I would continue to recommend Teddy to anyone needing help navigating a rough patch or even deepening a marriage that is already strong.
