Have a customer with a badly wind blown roof from that bad wind storm with 90 mph wind. Shingles flipped up all over it. That roof needs replaced but they won't pay for it.

Dishonest, rude, incompetent, did my whole policy transfer incorrectly causing several frustrating calls & it was my former agent that corrected the mistakes, staff won’t let you speak to Ted Ori personally AND they double billed me! I had the same State Farm agent for 35 years with no issues until I moved & had to transfer to this office.
I needed a homeowners policy on a Victorian home that my prior agent could not get done. I was going overseas and Ted was able to write a great policy for me and did it quickly at an excellent rate. He is my go to guy now. Also a very fine person!
