Dr. Kim takes his time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure the patient understands everything from diagnosis to treatment plan. Very knowledgeable, and takes time to coordinate care with other physicians. An absolute gem in healthcare today.
Extraordinary physician. Fantastic bedside manner. She explains things in easily understood laymen's terms. I found her to be highly competent and caring. I will see her for all of my future allergy needs.
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Fitzhugh! He is the kindest human being and has gone above and beyond to pursue options for my son with multiple food allergies. He has done exhaustive research in investigating many different solutions that could improve my son's quality of life. He is one of the most caring and thoughtful individuals I have ever met and is incredibly brilliant and deeply thoughtful in his recommendations. I feel blessed that he is my son's provider and would recommend him in a heart beat!

Dr Rakes listens well, is compassionate and understanding, and explains things thoroughly. He is very responsive via the online patient portal with any questions between appointments. Great care for typical IgE allergies and FPIES as well. Staff is super friendly and kind. Highly satisfied!!
Wonderful human being, personable, pleasant and very knowledgeable of his chosen field having been educated (with honors), at some of Americas foremost medical institutions (even taking time to serve as captain of the John Hopkins' soccer team for two years). I took my 87 year old mother (ahem, I mean my 75 year old mother...) to see Dr. Williams earlier this week. I've been a patient of Dr. Fitzhugh for about a year and a half. I have complicated medical issues. Dr. Fitzhugh has my asthma under control. He has also actively pursued answers to resolve my underlying immune issues. He is a very deep thinker and I have a high degree of confidence in his opinion. He really seems to care a lot about his patients.
Dr. Brown is knowledgeable and professional. Explained in detail to make me understand my condition. Gave samples to help start a new regimen of care. Her nurse top notch, walking with me through the process we were going through. Having said all of this, the front end staff needs training in bedside manners. Condescending, and seemed I was a waste of their time. Ok, we got through that. Come time to make a followup appt, and pay my copay, again, made me feel like they had better things to do. I have been coming to this office for many years and have always been happy until now. The office manager either quiet or was fired. My daughter had a very bad allergic reaction while at the office and was given an epi pen injection. After a 20 min wait she was allowed to drive home. No emergency contact call was given. She was not in any shape to drive home. I am disappointed I was not contacted.
