Doctor Waller is amazing. He’s compassionate, thorough, and personable. I did not feel rushed at all he took around a hour just reviewing my health history and my symptoms and concerns. He came up with a very personal plan of care for my pots. He truly cares for his patients. Thank you Doctor Waller for giving me my quality of life back.
Dr. Waller seemed knowledgeable and thorough at my first visit, but there was a communication gap about what I was hoping to get from the appointment. I came back prepared to clarify this at the follow-up, and his NP was kind and receptive. Unfortunately, when Dr. Waller joined the appointment, he was dismissive and visibly hostile. I left feeling unheard and disrespected. Others may have a different experience, but I’ll be seeking care elsewhere—even if it means traveling out of town.
Dr. Waller is incredibly thorough and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. After years of struggling with symptoms, he diagnosed me with POTS, allowing me to finally receive the proper treatment. He and his entire team do an excellent job—I highly recommend him!
Dr. Waller helped diagnose my POTS right before I was about to get a surgery that could’ve ended up with me getting a pacemaker. (I’m 22) He was my 2nd opinion doctor and my last chance for help before going through with this surgery. I am very thankful for him and his staff for making me be able to live my life to the fullest with POTS.
This doctor tells you to not to exercise because your then after a year of treatment says my hearts perfectly fine don't go this doctor he went to school for nothing he literally told me I had pots then miraculously after 6 months my pots disappeared and I'm still being treated for pots don't waste your time
