I was referred to Dr. Hubley because I have trouble staying asleep at night. The first available appointment was 4 months out. About a week before I met him, my insomnia was so bad I actually went to an ED where they prescribed me an antihistamine Atarax, which has helped significantly. I had tried melatonin before and it made me feel more tired the next. What does Dr. Hubley say? Try melatonin, get more aerobic exercise, and come back in 6 weeks with a paper record of your sleep.
