Dr. Harper was awesome. Thorough, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Emergency room experiences are often dreadful but the care I received during my time under his care was appreciated.
I met Dr. Harper in the emergency room at Memorial Hospital when my mother was seriously ill. This man is so caring and personable. If he were in private practice I would make him my primary care doctor! I usually read negative comments about emergency room doctors but this doctor changes this impression entirely. Ten stars to Dr. Theodore Harper!
