It's an almost 3 wait time to get a simple physical. Mind you, I waited 2 weeks for this appointment. Get your management staff in order.
Terrible costumer service!! I have booked twice both times it has been a 2-3 hour wait with an appointment. If you love long wait and employees (the front desk)who don’t care about your time being waste come here. It does not matter how lovely the doctor is if it is impossible to be seen!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
Anna (front desk) and the “manager” are useless. You could be standing in front of them with all the paperwork ready just need a Dr signature and they can’t figure it out. My mom who had SPINE surgery is being forced to walk over there (which she already did) for the doctor to fill out a virtual paper to have the insurance cover transportation for her to see her SPINE DOCTOR POST OP!!! 15 minutes of the doctors time at most, instead they keep you on the phone for hours wasting time and saying you have to come in and be seen ... read more
Dr Yusupov is the best Doctor I have seen all my life. I never felt judge or felt like holding back anything. The nurses are so nice & welcoming. As well as the receptionist.
Dr. Marina Yusupov, M.D. has literally changed my life. After 3 months of medical issues and ER visits with no answers, Dr. Yusupov calmly listened to my entire medical journey. She went over all the paperwork with me and gave me an exam that reinstated my trust in the medical system. She outlined a gameplan for getting some answers, gave me her referrals, and thanked ME.
