I had an amazing experience with this PCP office and truly felt cared for from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, patient, and kind. One moment that really stood out to me was how helpful and attentive they were, even going out of their way to assist me without hesitation. It made me feel comfortable right away. If I could give zero stars to the Fort Washington location I would. I have had nothing but awful experiences with this practice. The first time I went in 2021 DURING COVID, the PCP who saw me asked me to take my mask off so she “could see my pretty face” and would not relent or continue on with the appointment until I finally did so we could get going. Super nice and precise
This office is terrible specially the front desk staff even if you have an appointment they make you wait hours to be seen by the doctor. They give priority to walk-ins over patients with appointment🤬 my appointment was at 11am I arrived at 10:45 am and it is 1:30pm and have not been seen yet. I asked the girl in the front and she told me i have 4 people ahead of me 🤬🤯
NO VAYA A ESTA CLINICA! El Dr. Docu era excellente pero esta retirado y ha dejado un numero de doctores que son de lo peor SIN EXPERIENCIA Y POCO PROFESIONAL. Yo soy paciente desde el 1996 (con Dr. Docu) sin ningun altercado y me voy de esta clinica. TIENEN MUY POCA EXPERIENCIA Y HAY UNO QUE ES CRITICO CONTRA SUS PACIENTES.
