I think someone is trying to smear Dr. Pastrana's good name with these bad reviews. First of all, he's the only doc I have ever had that actually listens, even if he doesn't agree. On more than one occasion I've requested a test that he says I don't need but he wrote it up anyway because I told him I wanted it. As for that questionnaire, I agree it's invasive and annoying. I think it's just a standard form probably from some left-wing medical association. I just refused to fill it out and they said ok no problem.
Not helpful if you look for a compassionate care for your health from this doctor. He is good at denying if you request a certain simple blood test or other testing. Plus his office requires patients to fill out patient form and asking very private informations, if patient has gun or not, how many sexual partners patient had and did patient has pet or not 🤔. This is very interesting, it seems you step in the criminal investigation’s office, not a doctor’s office.
