Have to agree with everyone's comments. Got a prescription that was written on a back of a business card that my insurance company won't accept , and the receipt for the appt had no leader head on it so tough to have it accepted. Also had a long wait with no apology. Customer service is not good at all .
They confirmed the appointment, but they don't respect it. I arrived 5 minutes ahead and waited for 30 min to realize there was another customer before me. I had to come back to work, couldn't wait. They wasted my time.
