Staff is friendly, and professional. Navigating prior authorizations and interacting with insurance companies can make the difference of the patient receiving medication or not. Dr. Bash’s nurse Amy has done this for me and it’s so efficient, she reminds me of Dr Bash himself: always thinking critically about how me can best treat his patients’ needs.
