One year ago, I had applied to so many units & had a hard time finding anything until I got in touch with Sam Theocharis. He made sure our unit was safe to move into as well as taking care of any repairs that needed done since. This unit is a perfect fit for our family & we are very thankful to have Sam as our landlord! Highly recommend!
