The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I came in on time for my appointment and there's no one inside! But the door is open. 15 mins later the reception came in and not apologizing. On top of this, they are not helping with my questions. When you have questions I was giving a piece of information sheet to read. I ended up canceling my Groupon and what a waste of time.
