VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and DISORGANIZED!! I am a little bewildered at my "non-experience" with Then and Now Aesthetics. Book appt on Monday after messaging back and forth for Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Fill out ALL paperwork required online. Get a text from Laura on Tuesday at 1 p.m saying she needs to reschedule as soon is sick. Book appt for Wenesday at 10:30 a.m. Get 4 reminders of the appt. Laura is awesome! This was my first time trying botox and I didn't know what to expect. I was nervous but she educated me and talked me through what to expect. She really help put me at ease! She is very knowledgeable, down to earth, and personable. I am definitely going back to her for future appointments!
2nd review: After my 2nd visit for touch up and fill in bits that were missed, I won’t be going back. I can’t understand how my 2nd visit, 2 months after the first, cost me more than double the first visit- and I had money off for using the app… A bit backwards. My head was never marked for accuracy and the crinkles I wanted touched up for over $400 never actually went away.
