If I could leave a negative five star review I would! We asked for a deep cleaning at a new house we moved into. The first day they cleaned for about 6 hours with 5 people and only 2 people the next day for two hours and charged us over $2,700.00?!?!? I would have gladly paid this if they'd have done a deep cleaning like we asked. We asked several times that the floor was deep cleaned and that it was important to us and all they did was mop it. Ada is really easy to communicate with and her team were excellent. They worked extremely hard on our unit and happily picked up all the small details I pointed out during our walk-through.
The magic fairy team was incredible. They were early for the cleaning, did a thorough walk through discussing all needs, suggestions in such a compassionate manner! They communicated with us the whole cleaning, sent photos and went above and beyond. Ten thumbs up!!!
