Dr Graeff listens to our concerns and explains things to us in a clear way. He allows us to make decisions on my Dad’s care and never pressures us to do anything we are not comfortable with. The office staff is friendly and caring. I receive a call monthly from a staff member, Desmond, who simply checks in to see how things are going. Alzheimer’s is tough and it helps to have an excellent neurologist in our corner.
I was very impressed with the staff at the reception desk and at the checkout counter. Dr. Graef was very thorough and gave me a full comprehensive exam. He spent time with me and reviewed every aspect of my current medical history. He was pleasant and I left the office feeling he would be able to resolve my medical issue. Highly recommend this practice.
The staff is amazing and helpful. Dr Graef is wonderful and knowledgeable and easy to talk too.
