Absolutely Amazing Experience at Thelvy's Hair Salon! I can't say enough good things about Thelvy's Hair Salon. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely taken care of. Thelvy herself is a true artist. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered expert advice, and delivered beyond my expectations. My hair has never looked or felt better..
