An older lady named Sandy absolutely butchered my hair just now! I told her I wanted bangs and along with that she chopped a chunk of my other hair and I can't even put it up in a hair bow or hair bun now and that's how I do my hair almost everyday! If she had told me I did not need to pay for it when I was noticeably shocked and even told her I was upset about it I wouldnt be making this review! My husband came here to get a haircut. He wanted a fade which means shorter at the bottom and longer as it goes up. He told her he didn't want anything off of the top cuz he wanted to grow it out a little. She didn't tell us until the middle of the haircut that she doesn't know how to do a fade. It was butchered and she had to keep asking him how to do the haircut. He ended up just asking her to shave his entire head.
