My experience was very similar to the other awful experiences listed. Let's just say my interaction with the owner of Thelma's was the most unprofessional retail experience I've ever had. A business can't just refuse to deal with people once they have a customers' money. Shame on you.
I don't even give Thelma's a one rating. We should be able to give negative ratings. My daughter ordered her bridesmaid dresses from Thelma's. The lady even verified the dress in front of us when writing up the order. The dresses arrived. They are the WRONG dresses. Thelma's informed my daughter that they don't have time to order the right ones and are going to alter the WRONG dresses into what was ordered. Can't wait to see what kind of disaster we'll end up with. My daughter is doing extra running for their mistake. Thanks... read more
