excellent customer service- genuine care for the customer.
Dont believe all this 5 star reviews, I was with state farm for 30 years or more , my agent one morning decided to close doors and retired, left me in limbo , so i went to thelma's fortress , the building is like a fortress , what it llooks like bullet proof panels and you can barely speak to any one . To make it short the agents were rude , just to tell me they were not taking anyone else. But thanks to their rudeness I end up with Progressive paying half what I was paying state farm.
