From my first encounter she was very insightful and intuitive, she recognized things in me and what I was experiencing that I was unaware was happening until she put clarity on the situation. I'm thankful for her because dealing with my trauma took a lot for me to decide to do in the first place and I'm so glad it was with her. This woman will push her religious values onto clients and defines the problem for the client. She doesn’t let the client prioritize what THEY want to work on. If the client doesn’t see it as a problem, there’s going to be no progress. The client has to buy into the therapeutic process, and part of that is allowing the client to have the agency and o define the problem THEY want to work and focus on… have you ever heard of self-determination, lady??? She was very judge mental and rude and I only had one session with her. She made me feel uncomfortable and was even being pushy just about having a primary care doctor on her file, would not even let me give no for an answer and gave me an attitude. She also made me feel bad for things that happened over a year ago when I was in a not great situation in life that was hard to get out of, but I did. She is not therapeutic please don’t have a session with her because she makes you feel worse.

I had an appointment with Thelma Costello and she was telling me things about myself and that my dad is not a nice man when he is. Tried to make me feel like I was anxious when I wasn’t. Also couldn’t remember anything about me that I continued to tell her at the same session. Told her I wanted to leave early she said I had to stay on at least 45 minutes so she could get paid. Then finally got her off the visit and she marked me as a no show and I got charged anyways.
