This is the best fitness studio! Q is the best instructor, the community is welcoming, and it's a wonderful place to workout (fun fitness classes). Plus the music is great!
New place in Downtown Flint. Did serious renovations to a former bar. Amazing service great drinks (recommend Reposado vanilla cider), and just cool vibes. Happy to see Downtown Flint rebirth continues!
I recently discovered the ultimate step aerobics facility and couldn't be more thrilled! Levels instructors are exceptional, offering the perfect balance of challenge and encouragement for all fitness levels. The facility is state-of-the-art, impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is warm and motivating. With a great sense of community and flexible class times, it’s easy to fit into a busy schedule. If you're serious about your fitness journey, this place is a game-changer. Highly recommended!
