Process was so smooth at the Lender. My AE, Ray, He was very responsive and made the process so easy. Biggest differentiator between Ray and AE's at other companies.. he always answers, has solutions, and makes the process easy! Great programs and rates!
My loan ultimately closed, but the experience with this lender was one of the most disorganized, inefficient, and unnecessarily painful financing processes I have ever encountered. BUYER & Broker beware! I can only give one star because I can't give negative 10 Stars! TheLender caused my family an extra 45 to 60 days to close a loan that was being assumed from a family member after death . Equity there credit fine assets fine and they totally messed it up. They didn't know what they were doing internally. Ripped our family apart!
