His account manager, also named Ryan, stayed on top of the file throughout the process. Janille is awesome and provides super clean approvals. She made the entire process extremely smooth. I would definitely recommend this lender, especially this team.
Horrible lender. Delayed closing multiple times, botched appraisal, tried to extract extra down payment from me at last second, asked for letters of explanations on deposits I had already explained, just overall a horrible process. Also there account executives don't take responsibility.
