Our Jetta's horn decided to stop working a couple of years ago. We have taken to multiple mechanics with no luck. Not one of them could figure out what the problem was. We did have to wait a couple of weeks to get the car in because they were booked solid, but I am glad we did. Thelen did a great job and had the problem figured out very quickly. Thank you to the service center and will absolutely give them return business.
I have taken my TDI for warranty service and other engine services over the past new years. Originally, the service was good, albeit slow. I assume that they only have one diesel tech... However, recently, I've had some more extensive work on two occasions performed due to a failed DPF and a failed fuel pump. While all of this service was covered under warranty by VW of America, the quality of service I received was poor.
