On May 1, 2026 I had my Audi A3 towed into Thelens Audi/Volkswagen service department because the ignition would not turn to the on position. Jacob Kinney was my customer service agent. Thelens technicians determined that the ignition lock cylinder was the problem. I authorized repair in the amount of $578.83 the same day they gave me the diagnosis, May 5.
