Thelen Honda service department is inept, installing tie-rods on our vehicle backwards and causing damage. They are unresponsive to concerns and complaints. We took the car in to fix an issue they said they fixed, but it was not and they would not let us return the car for the repair. They billed us over $3000, which we paid in full. Took car in for a leak that collected in spare tire compartment. I told them it leaked when it rained not moving. Why would they sprayed under car? Said it leaked? Had body shop remove seam sealer and replace. $250 later still not fixed rained that night. I found leaks. Requested twice to have Josh the service manager to call me with no response. Now don't even trust to take it back if they don't listen to their customers
Every time I have come here they have always managed to screw something up. A few months ago I had a fuel pump recall that I brought my car in for and they did not install it correctly, causing my gas gauge to not read the levels in my tank. So had to bring it back. Spent some time arguing with a manager and finally got them to look at it. Do yourself a favor and take it to a local shop where they do not misdiagnose your car! I paid thelen 2,287.99 for a timing chain that they said was the problem just to get it back and have it do the same thing. Then they tell me it’s my head gasket and wanted 3,466.56 with additional $200 on top of that. When I did call Josh the manager about my car doing the same thing.
