Every time I have come here they have always managed to screw something up. A few months ago I had a fuel pump recall that I brought my car in for and they did not install it correctly, causing my gas gauge to not read the levels in my tank. So had to bring it back. Spent some time arguing with a manager and finally got them to look at it. Do yourself a favor and take it to a local shop where they do not misdiagnose your car! I paid thelen 2,287.99 for a timing chain that they said was the problem just to get it back and have it do the same thing. Then they tell me it’s my head gasket and wanted 3,466.56 with additional $200 on top of that. When I did call Josh the manager about my car doing the same thing. I until very recently have been going here for about 2 years now for my vehicle. Service overall has been great. Complimentary multi point inspection when I run into a problem. They're pretty quick and give me a detailed inspection each time I come in. However I recently experienced poor customer service when trying to set up an appointment to inspect and quote an urgent issue with my vehicle. A salesperson at a different dealership identified very quickly that my intake hose that connects to the engine was ripped wide open.... read more

Thelen Honda has consistently delivered excellent service on the 2 Honda’s that I have owned. Staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely communicative. Any questions I have had they always answer honestly without the stereotypical “dealership” treatment. Have never had an instance in which they try to get me to pay for some unnecessary service either - huge plus for me. Rates are naturally a bit more costly, but at least I can trust Honda technicians working on my Civic.
