Everett was great. Found what we wanted and had us on our way. My only “ding” is it did take quite a long time. Would’ve been nice to have something to keep my children entertained during the wait. Possibly a snack option available (for purchase) for them or some books/toys/coloring/ TV available. It’s hard for young children to wait and sadly I wasn’t able to entertain them the whole time. I would’ve gladly paid for a granola bar or bag of chips at the time. Otherwise we are very satisfied

Just moved to Bay City from out of state and needed a vehicle. Bret did an amazing job helping us find the perfect one. He was patient while listening to our wants and needs. Would definitely recommend him and the Thelen auto group.
Worked with Brett to purchase a 2023 Jeep Cherokee after I was rear ended in my Renegade and it was totaled. He was great! Worked with me to complete as much of the process as possible via phone/email before I arrived at the dealership as I live out of state. Once I arrived, things moved quickly and I was on my way! Love my new Cherokee!
