I took my gladiator in for service with an extended warranty contract. I was called promptly to approve tare down as it was an internal engine issue. My service writer Josh did not mention the extended warranty any of the times I interacted with him. He just wanted approval to repair the issue for $3,600. I declined repairs after he said it was not covered. I asked to stop repairs with it disassembled and put the jeep outside as I would pick it up after hours.
