I came here once to fix a dent in my previous car from a deer collision. They also replaced a headlight assembly and fixed some other cosmetic issues. They did a good job, but it did take a while before they could work on my vehicle. They're probably understaffed here, so worth keeping that in mind if you need a more urgent repair. Almost immediately after I picked up my car one of my lights went on (on the dash). Thelen had my car for 47 days! My car has three new scratches on the driver's side, the gas tank fill spout is loose, my back car seat is loose. I had to rent a car for 47 days and that was expensive on top of the car maintenance which I'm taking my car into another dealership where I live to get it checked out because I believe some of the work was unfinished and falsified. I won't be going back to Thelens to get work done on my car.
