Thelen had my car for 47 days! My car has three new scratches on the driver's side, the gas tank fill spout is loose, my back car seat is loose. I had to rent a car for 47 days and that was expensive on top of the car maintenance which I'm taking my car into another dealership where I live to get it checked out because I believe some of the work was unfinished and falsified. I won't be going back to Thelens to get work done on my car.

I unfortunatley had a deer run into the side of my vehicle. Because I purchased my car from a Thelen dealership in Bay City, I thought Id get the best results from their Thelen Auto Body shop. I was quoted at the old facility but my parts took awhile to come in so the work was done at the new "state of the art" facility.
