I brought it in to address a leak. It was an expensive repair. Two weeks later, I brought my Audi in for a different problem and they told me the leak is still now in a different spot. I asked why wasn’t this addressed earlier. The answer was we address one problem at a time.

I recently brought my car in with some concerns, and the team was absolutely fantastic. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything and got my car ready much quicker than I anticipated. I've been an Audi owner for 3 years now and usually service upstate regularly. I wasn't treated poorly but I was very disappointed that there was services done on my vehicle that I did not ask for nor authorize. They just "went ahead and did it". I asked why because I did not authorize it and was told my service would have expired, which it would not have because I drive a lot and the car is only a year old. At this point I just left because you can't undo a car service and they were making me feel stupid.
