Wonderful staff always helpful and courteous
I have always been pleased with the service here. It is so easy to schedule an appointment on line. The service is thorough and quick. Janessa Knapp, the service advisor was very helpful.
I’ve taken multiple vehicles here for 20 years. They do not value loyalty. They used to credit diagnostic fees to your repair, they used to give loaners, now they charge. The operations are now so scummy. If you talk to people, you will hear much worse. I will never buy, or have anything done at Thelen dealerships.
I just picked up my 2024 sq5 from Thelan’s body shop and I must say that they did a fantastic job. I’m very particular when it comes to my car and it looks brand new again. Sending my thanks to the entire crew at the body shop.highly recommended. Regards, Bob Rosenberg
Story time. This will be a lengthy one but worth it if you are considering taking your vehicle here for service or purchasing a vehicle from Thelen. This happened from June 2024 to September 2024 and it has taken me this long to be able to share without explicit language. May 2024: I contacted Thelen to take in my 2001 Audi TT Quattro AWD roadster.
