Worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Purchased a 2024 Q5 hybrid. After delivery noticed the rear shade was broken and a section of the back seat cut. Not sure how they managed that, but the worst part is the dealership did not report the sale to the IRS, so I was unable to take the $3750 tax credit. There are plenty of other Audi dealerships nearby so do yourself a favor and avoid this outfit like the plague.

We did our homework and knew what we wanted to buy. Our salesman,  Charles Maddox knew nothing about the cars and clearly made up non answers when asked questions. We purchased the A5 and took delivery on 12/31 with an explanation that we had to pick up someone at the airport. We showed at the agreed to time but he was on a test ride. Our car was not waiting for us and was not ready. We had to wait first for the car then the second set of keys then the registration and for him to put on tags. Jackson and Evan in service are the BEST ! ! ! These guys are so great to deal with and always take care of us with professionalism ! Such nice people to deal with. Every time we have had even the slightest issue, these guys go above and beyond and always listen to what you have to say. They both pushed items through dealing with our warranty on our A8 with ease, which is so nice when issues pop up. These guys are the BEST ! ! ! ! !

To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your dealership during my vehicle purchase in 2021. My salesperson was Kit, and the manager involved was Ali. While I was excited about the car itself, the overall process and the treatment I received were extremely unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression. Austin Price, Parts Manager, is an exceptional employee.  I bought a part for my car visor and he had to order it. Rather than come back across town, I had him mail it. The package arrived when we were out of town and I could not sign for it. Austin called me several times as we tried to locate the package, then ordered a replacement part so I could pick it up since the package still had not been returned to the dealership. He went over and above and it was greatly appreciated. We need more Austin’s in this world!!!

It was a lifelong goal of mine to purchase an Audi from Audi of Manhattan, but this experience has completely changed my view of the brand and dealership. From the beginning, I was never shown pricing, vehicle options, or financing details — only pressured to wire money before any meaningful discussion could occur. I have an Audi etron. Took it for its 40k mile (2025)service and causally mentioned that I may want to sell it in the future. As soon as I mentioned that to my service guy, the sales guy contacted me and gave me a quote. While I was sitting down waiting for my car. I said no thanks. A week after service, icon lights are coming on. I take it back and the service guy says,”Oh you probably should replace the yada yada, so I did” The week after that the engine light comes on.
