Horrible experience as a current policy holder, called spoke to a representative who wasn’t knowledgeable. Said she would get me a call back from Thele Moore herself, been waiting two days still nothing as of yet. Was promised a call back months ago after speaking to her about my home coverage, and to date increased charges on premiums w/o explanation based on their recommendations, I specially asked to be opt out. Now I’ve seen yet another increase, still no call back…horrible customer service!
