The LabRVA is a great venue. We love the brick walls and the open floor plan. We hosted a community game night and it was a great time. Can’t wait to host another. Thank you for having us! Also free street parking was available.
This was the perfect place for my daughter’s sweet 16! Communication was great and owners were very friendly. Will definitely rent this place again for future gatherings.
The inside of the venue was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean tables and chairs were accessible and cleaning items. Loved having the mini kitchenette; definitely helped ease the party
Clean and professional guest enjoyed the space will use them again. I was giving 5 stars...... edited: I was not given my deposit back the "owner said I didn't lock the door" However I called before leaving advise the owner that the door would not lock after struggling with it for several minutes and someone needed to come secure the building. and was assured that everything was okay to later to never receive my deposit . I host over 50 events per year had hoped to use this location again but I never will due to this mix up.
